Step 1. Running a Session with the Session Player
The Session Player is designed to make your training experience seamless and efficient. Here’s how to run a session:
Start Your Session
Navigate to the desired session in the app.
Tap the Play button or access the session options and select Play.
If your COER device is connected, your heart rate will automatically display on the screen.
Using the Session Player
Press the Play button at the bottom of the player screen to begin your session. A 5-second countdown will prepare you before the timer starts.
For sessions with multiple formats or phases, use the Skip button to transition to the next format seamlessly.
To end a session early, press and hold the End button on the app.

Step 2. Logging and Adjusting Your Training Records
Keeping accurate training records is essential for monitoring your progress and optimizing your performance. COER makes this process simple:
Input RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion)
After completing a session, rate your effort on a scale from 1 to 10. This helps track your subjective exertion level.
Edit Your Logs
If your actual performance deviated from the predefined routine, use the Input Log to make adjustments.
Check your Session Log for detailed performance data and edit as needed.

Step 3. Completing Your Plan
Once you’ve completed your sessions, it’s time to evaluate your performance and prepare for the next phase of your training:
Finish Your Session
Once all sessions are completed and your logs are updated, your daily training plan is marked as done.
Analyze Your Training Data
View session duration and Training Load ratios on the Training screen.
